The candidate willbecome part of the NX Engineering District of Catania having theopportunity to work on innovative and novel technologies to fullyenable the energy transition, click on the link for furtherinformation: NX engineering district | NextChemThe Recruitmentprocess is managed by Key2People, a partner of NEXTCHEM.The ProcessLeader is responsible for the activities related to the Processdiscipline within medium/small size projects or, reporting to theProcess Manager, for a specific scope of work within a largecomplex project.The Process Leader coordinates a group of processengineers assigned to the project according to the assigned budgetand the project schedule, ensuring the costs optimization.Dutiesand Responsibilities:During the execution of a project, the maintasks of the Process Leader are as follow:Ensure the coordinationof the pertaining engineering center and of the other engineeringcenters involved in the project, ensuring the document consistencywith the contract, the respect of project schedule and the qualityof documents under the supervision of the Process EngineeringManager;Interface with the other Discipline leader and Vendors forProcess related activities that are part of project under his/herresponsibility;Participate to multidisciplinary review such as PlotPlan, Hazop and 3D model for the part under his/herresponsibility;Ensure assistance during the construction andcommissioning phase from home office or on site in accordance withproject requirements.The Process Leader can be assigned to largesize or high complexity projects (e.g. multi line project) as asupport to the Process Manager for the management of a specificportion (e.g. one line) of the related Process activities.TheProcess Leader ensure the coordination of the activities performedby Process team by analyzing the technical documentation to beprovided to the Proposal Function during the bidding phase.As amember of the Department, the duties of Process Leader are thefollowing:Provide feedback to the Process Head of Departmentregarding issues raised by the application of methodology, standardand working instructions, so as to increase the effectiveness andefficiency of the Department;Conduct technical training accordingto the needs of the Department and Company and share experienceswith colleagues of Maire Tecnimont Group for new Discipline orGroup design methods;Keep himself updated about Process design andpromote improvementsKnowledge & Qualifications:Masters degreein Chemical Engineering, more than 8 years of experience in similarroles, good management skills of personnel and aptitude forlearning chemical processes and production activitiesAdvancedknowledge of production processes, production methods andtechnologiesSkills in the use of process simulation software(ASPEN, HYSYS, others)Knowledge of AutoCAD basic featuresExcellentuse of MS Office system (especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)Experience:Proven professional experience in the chemical,petrochemical, refining or fuel sectors, with involvement orexposure to sustainability initiatives (i.e. strategic businessrepositioning, access to new sustainable technologies) or specialprojects concerning circular economy or energy transition.Provenexperience developing Feasibility, process Design Packages, BasicDesign Packages, FEED and EPC ProjectsSkills and Abilities:FluentEnglishExcellent IT and analytical skillsNatural attitude to learnnew technologiesAttitude for Self-management for projectdevelopment and completionAnalysis and problem-solvingskillsFlexibility and adaptabilityTeam-oriented, self-motivationand direction, with strong bias toward timely performance andproblem resolutionAttention to details, strong communications andinterpersonal skillsWillingness to Travel in Europe and abroadJobLocation: Catania, ItalySi prega di inviare le candidature alseguente indirizzo di posta elettronica:RecruitingNextChem@key2people.com
