This role is responsible for nurturing a strong Consumer network, increasing awareness and developing an enviable corporate image by developing effective communication and media relations programs.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing effective Consumer communications & Media plansResponsible for managing all public relations activities for the Consumer and Trade PR areaResponsible for coordinating media relations strategy seeking high-level placementsWork closely with the Marketing Team, defines and manages all global Consumer and Trade CommunicationsCoordinate and leverages existing media agencies and international branches/distributors relationshipsSeek and evaluates opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basisManage all Consumer Events in strict coordination with the Product placement departmentBuild the reach and impact of Consumer campaigns by measuring the success of public relations campaignsMonitor content which can be used for various communication purposes (press releases, articles, white papers, blogs)Implement PR stories and campaign calendars driving high impact among the right audience across channelsOversee special projestc and events, from contract management to event participationMonitor media coverage and campaign results, preparing reporting and performance analysisManage the communications budget and related administrative flows via the Tagetik platformRequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in similar roles within international contexts, preferably in FMCG, premium consumer goods or lifestyle sectorsStrong skills in strategic communication, media relations, and event managementProven ability to work with press agencies, internal and external stakeholders, and influencersExcellent writing and synthesis skills, including in EnglishAbility to work cross-functionally, with a structured approach and results orientationComfortable working in dynamic environments with global stakeholders and tight deadlinesillycaff as B-Corp is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace generating positive effects for the environment, for the community and for people.
