The candidate should be familiar with IT methodologies and templates, responsible for both technical and economic outcomes of projects. They should have good knowledge of business processes related to Supply Chain Extended (Logistics, Distribution, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, and Sustainability), liaising with both IT and business teams to track and follow projects. The candidate manages all IT systems dedicated to a business area/function.IT Manager may also work on analysis and implementation of ERP modules and applications related to the business area/function, managing and coordinating functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze high-level business requirements to define project scope and business case.Evaluate project alignment with business processes and IT solutions with the project manager.Ensure coherence of IT projects within the overall IT architecture, on both Application and Technical sides.Understand business processes and convey this knowledge to development and functional teams.Provide suggestions during development to meet business needs.Document project States of Work and update the Steering Committee on progress.Act as interface between business units, technology, and support teams.Manage IT teams for technical and behavioral aspects, fostering a positive team environment.Conduct workshops, surveys, site visits, and develop business processes through task flow and workflow analysis.Translate business requirements into specific software requirements.Evaluate and resolve data conflicts, differentiate between actual and user needs.Research functional needs and collaborate across teams to deliver solutions.Ensure effective system performance improvements.Ensure solutions are adopted and respected.Understand technical designs and specifications.Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients on interface designs.Manage change requests to meet deadlines.Oversee IT Application Advisory, Specialist, and Analyst management.Define project roadmaps with the business, ensuring timely delivery within budget.Manage project delivery, documentation, budget, and portfolio.Provide executive summaries of IT projects.Audit IT System documentation.Job RequirementsMasters degree in economics or engineering.Extensive experience with IT applications in specific business functions: Supply Chain Extended (Logistics, Distribution, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, Sustainability).At least 8-10 years of experience in a similar role within a complex multinational environment.Strong understanding of all business processes.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Proactive approach.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Team leadership abilities.Strong planning and follow-up skills.Ability to manage complexity and work under pressure.Advanced MS Office skills.Problem-solving skills.Budget and project management skills.Knowledge of Business Applications and Architecture.#J-18808-Ljbffr
