Dans ce contexte, vous intgrerez le dpartement HR Operations and GOT Transformation au sein de la Division Group Operations Transformation.
Dans une quipe de 35 assistantes de direction rparties dans 10 Pays, vous serez rattach(e) au manager de lquipe et vous serez assistante de direction junior.
Aprs intgration dans lquipe et comprhension des enjeux et des attentes du poste et de lentreprise, vous serez amen accompagner progressivement 2 ou 3 leaders de lentreprise en tant quAssistante de direction volante. Dans ce cadre vous serez en charge de :
- La gestion de lagenda des leaders, organisation de meetings, de workshops
- Lorganisation des voyages
- La gestion des notes de frais
- La remonte et suivi des incidents IT si ncessaire
- Contribuer activement la cohsion et au dveloppement de lquipe.
