They are now looking to strengthen their Employment Law team with a talented and ambitious Employment Associate.

Employment Law Associate - Your Role :
Step into a varied and intellectually stimulating role where your expertise will make a real difference:
- Advise top-tier national and international clients on complex employment law matters
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and regulatory documentation
- Represent clients in negotiations, disputes, and court proceedings
- Stay at the forefront of national and EU labor law developments to proactively guide clients
Employment Law Associate - Your Profile:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in employment law, within a Luxembourg firm (Big Four, Magic Circle, or boutique with strong exposure)
- You hold a Master''s degree in Law, ideally with a specialization in Employment or Labor Law
- You are fluent in French and English (German or Luxembourgish is an asset)
- You are both precise and pragmatic, able to deliver clear solutions in complex situations
- You enjoy working in a team, are client-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Employment Law Associate - What We Offer :
- Up to 100,000 gross/year + bonus
- Work from home up to 2 days per week
