So, everything we do at CNH Industrial is about reaching new heights as one team, always delivering for the good of our customers.Job PurposeWe are looking for a resource for HR Talent Management&Acquisition and HR Global Corporate Functions for our Construction Segment (CE).The individual will have a dual reporting line, to the CNH Talent Management responsible and the HR Business Partner of Construction.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Management&Acquisition CE:Talent Management Global processes (Performance Management, Succession Planning, Talent Review Processes): Be the reference person for the related global processes; cascade to the CE Regional HRs the guidelines, providing guidance and supportTalent development initiatives: based on the business needs, define the most effective talent development initiatives and projects. Selection of the most appropriate provider and definition of the project chart; responsibility for implementation follow up and feedback collectionLearning and Engagement: Be the reference person for the CE Regional HRs on the global Learning and Engagement processes and initiatives, providing guidance and support and making sure there is alignment between global and regional related topicsTalent Acquisition (TA) processes: Be the reference person for the CE Regional HRs on the Talent Acquisition topics, providing guidance and support on the most appropriate recruiter agencies and that the global processes and recruitment tools will be followed and used in the most effective wayHR Global Corporate Functions CE:Manage the performance evaluation process to ensure fair and consistent assessments across the organizationHR global reference for the business in scopeSupport internal clients in recruiting and development activities. In terms of recruitment, bring the best candidates, with right quality and speed, guarantying internal balance and consistency. In terms of development, support the business in providing guidance and assistance on Performance and Talent Review processesSupport the Construction Segment President and HR Business Partner on strategic projects related to the Human ResourcesExperience RequiredEducation (school / specialization): preferred bachelor or master degree in Human ResourcesLanguages: Fluent EnglishExperiences: 5 years of more of experience in a similar role(s); Organizational knowledge and awarenessSpecific Knowledge: Knowledge of HR processes, focused on performance and talent management&development, procedures, management, and maintenance of project documentation archives.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiencesInterpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to organize and plan activities in accordance to schedule, Strong result-orientation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
