The Field Service Engineer will provide on-siteinstallation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complexequipment for semiconductor packaging. Key Responsibilities: -Install, repair, upgrade, and maintain semiconductor equipment atcustomer sites. - Address technical issues related to 3D metrology,defect inspection, and lithography. - Manage assigned equipmentbase, conduct customer meetings, and maintain communication. -Collaborate with internal teams and customers on technical matters.- Report to the Regional Service Manager and handle additionaltasks as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree and 5+ yearsof relevant experience. - Expertise in troubleshooting andmaintaining semiconductor equipment. - Strong knowledge ofmetrology, defect inspection, and advanced packaging technologies.- Excellent customer service and communication skills
