KIKO Milano is looking for a FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT able to communicate in portuguese to join our Finance team at our headquarters in Madrid.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the relevant functions but, most importantly, should be aligned with the companys values. A proficient level of Portuguese and a good level of English is necessary.
What will be your main responsibilities?
- Managing accounting according to Spanish and international standards (IFRS).
- Overseeing accounting processes and finalizing accounting cycles in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Managing and recording: purchases, sales, inventory changes, fixed assets, provisions, rentals, amortizations, etc.
- Handling treasury management and bank reconciliation.
- Collaborating in the preparation of the companys annual accounts.
- Conducting monthly analysis of the profit and loss statement within your area of responsibility.
- Ensuring compliance with internal control procedures.
- Providing support to retail locations on internal control procedures.
- Assisting in the preparation of tax returns with external advisors.
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Portuguese and good level of English. Spanish desirable.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Solid knowledge of the General Accounting Plan and IFRS.
- Previous experience with SAP is a plus.
