You will be responsible for the overall client satisfaction and quality of service. You will be the liaison between the client and other creative production agency staff to coordinate campaigns and ensure that the work produced matches the clients needs.KEY QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge of classical music and cultural organizations.A background in advertising, design and marketing in classical music.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent presentation skills.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Expert at conflict resolution and negotiation.Be and inspiring visionary! Able to see and communicate the big picture and inspire others.A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints.Full awareness of creative processes and techniques from print to digital platforms.Business savvy.German is not required but it is a plus.RESPONSIBILITIESWork directly with clients to set expectations and gather requirements.Work with the production teams to transmit the knowledge, confirm deliverables and expectations.Promote the expansion of business with existing clients.Generate new accounts.Travel to meet with clients.Use your skills to help clients, and the agency, grow creatively and strategically.Create client confidence and therefore strengthen the relationships.Provide fertile knowledge to develop proactive initiatives that can be beneficial for clients and the agency.WORKING WITH MOLINA VISUALSWHOMolina Visuals is a boutique creative agency that develop strong brands related to classical music. We prefer client meetings to take place face to face, so availability to travel is a must for the account manager. Even though our team is completely remote we keep a very friendly and familiar atmosphere.
