For a construction customer with locations across Belgium, I am searching for several freelance Calculators to strengthen their team capacity for DBFM projects. The customer has offices in East Flanders, Antwerp, Limburg and Brussels and depending on your location you can chose which office to work from.
Responsibilities
- You study specifications, plans and bills of quantities and check their completeness and calculate cost prices from A to Z.
- You request quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and check them for conformity with the specifications.
- Take into account the specification requirements of engineering firms and public authorities and the wishes of the clients.
- Perform cost price calculations in the context of drawing up quotations and tender files.
Profile
- Good experience on cost engineering and cost calculation topics
- Exposure to DBFM projects
- Experience on Civil Works projects
- You work accurately and with a sense of detail.
- You work with the necessary drive, stress resistance and team spirit.
- Familiar with the common software packages or knowledge of construction office is a plus.
