We are hiring an Account Manager to support the growth of Fabrick in the Italian market. We are looking for a person who is willing to scale the business through a proactive sales approach. You will manage relationships with Fabricks key clients, focusing on cross & up-selling activities to ensure target revenues on the assigned portfolio. You will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and enjoy being close to sales and partnership managers as well as product and engineering teams.What you will do:Be the main point of contact for our most important customers, managing a cross-industry portfolio (merchants, corporates, financial institutions).Shape, monitor, and share our KPIs with our clients.Build relationships with the right stakeholders to succeed in day-to-day activities.Champion product improvements and help drive the launch of new features.Attend events to meet Fabricks clients.Work closely with executives within the business to drive sales strategy.The Ideal Candidate:Strong business acumen and enthusiasm for working in an innovative area of finance.Knowledge of the payment/banking industry + B2B SaaS setting is recommended.Dynamic and KPI-driven.Capable of working well under pressure.Driven to succeed both individually and as part of a team.Ability to think outside the box and suggest changes to processes to improve efficiency.Quick to learn, understand, and explain complex concepts and products.Willing to travel, to visit other offices and to stay in regular touch with headquarters.5 years of experience in a client-facing role, working with enterprise accounts.Masters degree in a quantitative discipline (STEM, finance, or economics) or equivalent practical experience.Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy, you might need a work permit.Bank or payment details should not be provided when applying for a job.
