Hobson Prior is seeking a Senior Supplier Engineer to lead projects that support the global supply chain for raw materials. You will focus on quality, delivery, cost, and design improvements. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to manage projects independently. You will work closely with various teams to ensure project success and maintain supplier relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects related to raw material supply, ensuring they meet quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Work with different teams to solve problems and improve processes.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and team members to keep projects on track.
• Find ways to improve the supply chain by using your expertise in moulding and engineering.
• Support design changes and new product introductions.
• Handle project budgets and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with partners across different functions to achieve project goals.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A degree in a technical field.
• Knowledge of injection moulding and related engineering processes.
• Ability to manage projects and communicate clearly with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean tools is beneficial.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for work.
