The Fashion&Luxury division of Randstad Professional, specialized in the recruitment of Middle, Senior, and Top Management profiles, is looking for a Retail Operations Specialist for leading companie in the Beauty & Cosmetics sector
Retail Operations team is the first point of contact and link between HQ and the stores.
- Guarantee effective communications for coordination and management of operational activities.
- Stimulate commercial growth and ensure optimal service towards the frontline by coordinating and executing the exchange of relevant operational information. In particular, you will be focused on ensure the success in the key business moments of the year.
- Actively contribute to set effective process and follow the store procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Collect, interpret and analyse information regarding needs, bottlenecks and developments in processes, tools and systems.
- Provide insights regarding quantitative and qualitative developments by means of periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses (FOH and BIH KPIs) within the area of expertise/region.
- Get information from multiple departments through different communication channels between HQ and local retail lines and vice versa.
- Contribute to or build business cases and create and design new concepts for processes, tools or systems and ensure the realisation, in alignment and collaboration with Area Managers.
- Evaluate and benchmark current processes, tools and systems and initiate and implement changes, standardisation, automation and/or improvements.
- Independently execute activities within a given scope, supported by the manager / senior colleagues.
- Provide input for unrequested advice to internal stakeholders (Area Managers and Store Manager) as a subject matter expert for an assigned area of expertise/region.
- In partnership with Area Managers you could actively support, manage and coordinate the new openings of our stores following our ambitious expansion plan.
Your Talent
- Degree holder with 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience within the luxury retail industry, preferably in beauty, jewelry, fashion and accessories.
- Positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational and time management skills
- Result driven in handling tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player, internal and external service oriented
- Excellent communication skills both in Italian and English
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS office
