Currently we are looking for a Spare Parts Specialist Intern . As a Spare Parts Specialist Intern you have the following Responsibilities : Order Management :Arrange shipment for the order based on customer requirements in target time. Inventory Management : Participate in daily inbound operation, location optimization operation and stock counting to track the stock level and monitor the quality and mobility of materials. Storage Environment Management : Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient stockroom. Work with spare parts manager to determine the most efficient stockroom layout. Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to spare parts supply and inventory management, such as fulfillment rate, on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and quality metrics to lower down the risk of material shortage and abnormality. Output location report to improve storage capacity utilization. Others tasks assigned by leader : Performs any other task as assigned by spare parts manager. Qualifications What we expect from you: Education / Degree: bachelor/Master degree Major in economics/international trade/logistic management, have basic knowledge about international trade or logistic (preferred) Fluent in Chinese and English, both spoken and written (Dutch is a plus) Think logically, attention to detail, have good communication and coordination skills, faster learning skills Proficient skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint If you are interested in the position, please send your cover letter and CV to hr@oppo-aed.nl.
