CDD de 6 mois à partir de mi-juin 2025 

  

Vous intégrerez l’équipe Culture Marketing Paris et reportez à la Directrice de la fonction. Votre rôle consistera à assurer une communication fluide entre les équipes internes et les partenaires externes, tout en développant des collaborations stratégiques avec des talents et des artistes pour renforcer l’image de la marque."  

À ce titre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes : 

- Développer et entretenir un réseau solide au sein des industries du divertissement et de la culture, en adoptant une approche proactive auprès des célébrités et talents.   

- Représenter adidas lors des événements de l’industrie afin de renforcer les relations avec les partenaires clés, tout en veillant à aligner chaque action avec les objectifs stratégiques de la marque.   

- Piloter et mettre en œuvre des plans stratégiques en collaboration avec les équipes marketing, digitales et omnichannels, en identifiant les opportunités de connexion entre la marque et les talents à travers du contenu, des activations et des campagnes impactantes.   

- Gérer les relations avec les talents sous contrat et assurer leur intégration dans nos initiatives, en optimisant leur présence dans nos activations de marque   

- Contribuer à offrir une expérience premium aux talents dans le showroom et interagir au quotidien avec l’agence Culture Marketing.

Culture Marketing Manager adidas – temp 6 month (m/f/d)

6-month fixed-term contract from June 2025

Purpose & Overall Relevance

Responsible for strategically managing Culture Marketing category activity. Ensure effective communication flow between all internal parties and external counterparts. Assure relevant brand activity with Influencers and Entertainers.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relevant and strong relationships within the Entertainment and Culture industries

- Assure a strategic, proactive approach to celebrities and influencers who add value to the brand and our consumers and consistently evolve and add to the list

- Attend entertainment events and industry meetings for networking, when relevant

- Build rapport with external Entertainment contacts while keeping adidas objectives a top priority

- Drive and implement strategic category plans led by respective Director in conjunction with category and newsroom counterparts

- Interact with product marketing, brand marketing, retail activation, public relations and event marketing as needed to execute plans. Manage all aspects of the execution plan

- Identify opportunities to connect talents and entertainers to our brand through content creation, activations, campaign, seeding etc.

- Manage contracted talent relationships ie. appearances, production days, content creation

- Develop and manage Culture Marketing integration through strategic placement and targeting of specific brand Initiatives

- Showroom: maintain a premium experience for talent appointments

- Brief & interact with dedicated CM agency for Paris daily regarding seeding, talent mapping & projects

- Review and select programming for involvement, assure timely product fulfilment, and obtain placement documentation for internal reporting

- Leverage marketing integration to drive key commercial opportunities at own retail, wholesale partners, etc.

- Act as Culture Marketing department lead in absence of Senior Manager or Director

- Manage events within lead categories

- Maintain a strong awareness within Culture Marketing industry, trends and activity

Requested Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Project management skills and an ability to work well in a team environment

- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and presentations

- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public

- Knowledge of the music/fashion/style/entertainment industry

- High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook

- Ability to make sound business decisions

- Exercise professionalism at all times

- Strong organizational, problem solving, time management and resolution skills

- Unconventional business hours may be required (evenings, weekends)

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

- Four year college or university degree in Marketing, advertising or related field

- Minimum 4 years of experience in related field

- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree
