Position We are looking for an Information & Cyber Security Specialist to join our ICS Team. The role involves supporting us in maintaining a strong security posture across the Group, focusing on the following areas: Collaboration with our SOC to monitor, manage, and analyze cybersecurity threats and incidents, and evaluate investigation results. Analyzing events detected via SIEM/EDR and other threat intelligence tools. Preparing security incident reports and recommending security updates. Assisting in security assessments and internal Red Team exercises, including threat simulation and remediation planning. Collecting metrics to assess the effectiveness of security measures and monitoring cyber posture to improve practices. Requirements 2-3 years of experience in a Security Incident Management Team. Bachelors or Masters degree in Management, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of security incident management processes and best practices. Understanding of key security technologies and network systems (e.g., routers, switches, Proxy, IDS/IPS, SIEM, WAF, VPN, authentication modes, SOAR, EDR, XDR). Good understanding of cyber threats such as malware and phishing, including how to identify and prevent them. Strong communication and team-building skills, autonomy, and a results-oriented approach. Additional Information Experience with Incident Response SOC/CERT and Blue Team techniques. Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (ISO27001, NIST, NFR) and regulations (GDPR, NIS, NIS2). Familiarity with Ethical Hacking, Red Teaming, Forensics, Threat Hunting, and CTI is advantageous. Certifications such as Prince2, PMBOK, ITIL, Cobit, CISA, or CISM are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
