Role: Partnership Development Manager French Market
Location: Barcelona (On-site, flexible hours)
Salary: 40,000 to 80,000 OTE (70% fixed + 30% uncapped commission)
Level: Open to junior, early careers, or experienced candidates.

JGA are partnering with a high-growth HR Tech leader, backed by top-tier venture capital firms seeking a Partnerships Development Manager / Channel Sales Manager to work in their newly established French market.
Youll play a key role in developing the partner ecosystem in the French market, selling into IT re-sellers who sell B2B SaaS tools to SMEs. This is a great opportunity to shape a newly-formed partnerships team within a well-funded tech scale-up.
