Location: Brussels StartDate: ASAP Duration: 1 Year Language: EN Homeworking: Partiallyremote Mission As a Project Management Officer (PMO), you will playa key role in supporting and coordinating strategic projects acrossthe organization. Working closely with project managers and bothinternal and external stakeholders, your mission will be to ensuresuccessful project delivery while maintaining high standards inplanning, reporting, and execution. Responsibilities Assist projectmanagers in planning, executing, and closing projects Develop andmaintain standardized project management methodologies and toolsMonitor project progress, identify potential risks, and supportmitigation planning Prepare regular project status reports forsenior management Facilitate effective communication andcollaboration across project teams and departments Ensurecompliance with internal standards and external regulatoryrequirements Profile Degree in Project Management, Engineering,Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience inproject management, ideally in the energy or infrastructure sectorProficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira,or equivalent Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamFluency in English; knowledge of other European languages is aplus
