Permanent - Full-time, 40 hours per weekWhat Youll Do: As a Sales Associate, you will: Job Description -Providing exceptional standards of customer service surpassingcustomer expectations at every opportunity by following our SellingCeremony - Demonstrating and reflecting the glamorous, luxurylifestyle image of Jimmy Choo through customer service, attitude,personal grooming, dress code and behaviour - Developing a detailedknowledge of the product including construction, materials, careand design in order to provide exceptional and knowledgeablecustomer service - Building, developing and maintaining your ownclient database ensuring repeat visits and customer loyalty -Resolving customer complaints promptly and successfully byinvestigating problems, developing solutions and making appropriaterecommendations to the store management - Playing an active role inreplenishing stock according to company procedures and policies -Maintaining effective stock controls to ensure continued stocksupply and ensure stock record accuracy - Participating andsupporting the team in stock takes as and when required - Attendingand participating in all store meetings and training events asrequired ensuring good communication is maintained - Participatingin, and representing Jimmy Choo during promotional events andactivities - Actively ensuring merchandise presentation reflect VMstandards and general tidiness and cleanliness of the boutique atall times - Contributing ideas and suggestions to the team in orderto achieve improvements in all aspects of the boutique performance- Demonstrating a constant awareness and actively striving toachieve key performance indicators in order to increase boutiqueperformance and reach individual and store targets - Activelyimplementing and following our required procedures, standards andpolicies as outlined in Retail Excellence and as communicated bythe Company - Communicating all potential Health and Safety issuesto the Store Manager and complies with Jimmy Choo Safety andSecurity procedures - Supporting the Store Manager and AssistantManager in any back of house and administrative operations asrequested - Demonstrating flexibility by supporting the storemanagement in any other ad-hoc duties as might reasonably berequired in the successful running of the boutique - Wed Love toSee: Youll be a dedicated team player who is able to communicatewell with colleagues and clients. You will have an understanding ofthe luxury lifestyle and be prepared to go the extra mile toachieve targets.
