The headquarters is based in Hangzhou, China, with R&D and manufacturing facilities there. Hoymiles has a significant R&D team designing and manufacturing state-of-the-art microinverters and hybrid inverters for international markets. To develop our business in Italy and provide better service to our customers, we are building a strong technical support structure. We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer for Pre-Sales and After-Sales services in Italy, reporting to the Head of Technical Support at HQ.Major responsibilities include:After-sales:Maintain service levels and fulfill service requests from local customers, especially VIP clients.Establish internal and external training systems, localize training materials.Follow RMA processes to ensure timely closures.Develop solutions to optimize local service quality, including technical guidance, response times, spare unit management, faulty unit disposal, and cost control.Provide regular service reports to HQ.Customer and Market Support:Collaborate with sales to plan and execute technical exchanges with Brazilian customers, train clients, and develop technical solutions.Prepare presentation documents, technical explanations, and bidding documents to maintain customer satisfaction.Analyze legal and technical requirements for specific countries and ensure certification compliance.Monitor market environment and provide competitive intelligence.Conduct product and competitor feature analysis in coordination with HQ.Support sales by visiting clients and project sites, advising on PV system planning, and implementing service strategies.Coordinate training sessions and participate in exhibitions.Required experience and skills:Based in Italy with willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.HBO diploma in electrical engineering or equivalent, with solar energy industry experience preferred.At least 1 year of technical experience, preferably in renewable energy or inverter technologies.Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and the ability to propose multiple solutions.International mindset suitable for a multicultural environment.Native-level Italian and fluent English in business contexts.#J-18808-Ljbffr
