What will you do?
We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive the sales of our PSI Software Process Industries and Metals production management solution to new clients while also providing exceptional support to our existing customers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cyclefrom the initial contact and consultation through to proposal preparation and the successful closing of contracts. You will collaborate with a team to coordinate efforts that enhance the sales process and develop strategic plans to meet company goals. Additionally, you will work to increase the adoption of standardized PSI Software Process Industries and Metals solutions within our customer base, ensuring continuous growth in both license and maintenance services.
What do you bring?
- A university degree in a relevant field such as technical studies, economics, metallurgy, or process engineering;
- Experience with production and business processes in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the metal industry;
- A solid understanding of production business processes and the related software solutions, combined with a strong affinity for IT, which will be instrumental in performing your tasks;
- Several years of sales experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) solutions, as well as IT project management, ideally within the metal industry;
- Demonstrated sales expertise with a flexible approach and strong business acumen, with a proven track record of successfully closing contracts;
- Knowledge of international contract management and contract law;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Business fluency in English, French and Spanish is required due to the international scope of the role, with proficiency in German is considered an advantage;
