Job Opportunity: Sales Role in Buscate, ItalyOur client is a historic company in the territory, specializing in the construction of large machinery for mechanical processing. To support the growth of their internal team, we are seeking a:The candidate, inserted in the Sales Department, will be supported by a Senior Sales Manager and will undergo training that will enable them to manage a client portfolio independently.At the end of the training, the role will involve:Managing and maintaining existing commercial relationships;Analyzing project specifications supported by the technical area to define project costs;Preparing commercial offers and presenting them to clients;Negotiating contracts with clients;Overseeing all project phases until the delivery of the plant to the client (First Acceptance Test);Participating in industry trade fairs.Willingness to travel for fairs and visits to strategic clients is required, with trips lasting up to 1-2 weeks.Applications will be considered from candidates who meet the following requirements:A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Economics;At least 6-12 months of experience in machinery sales and/or design;Fluent knowledge of English; proficiency in a second language is a plus;Availability to travel approximately 20% of the year.Work location: Buscate (MI)We offer a permanent position with a salary package ranging from 35,000 to 45,000 plus benefits, based on experience.Our recruitment process is open to candidates of all genders, in accordance with laws L.903/77 and L.125/91.
