Opportunity: For a leading global company were nowseeking a EMEA Treasury Director. The role requires a dynamic andexperienced leader to oversee all treasury functions within afast-paced, private equity backed environment. Responsibilities:The EMEA Treasury Director will be responsible for the followingactivities: - Overseeing cash management, working capitalmanagement, banking relationships, and treasury practices andcontrols across diverse Pan-EMEA operations. - Leading anddirecting a team of treasury managers across the EMEA region. -Driving best-in-class treasury and cash management practices. -Partnering with the Global Treasurer and group operating companiesto develop and implement treasury strategies that optimize cash andworking capital efficiency. - Managing EMEA cash forecasts, with afocus on continuous improvement of processes, practices, and tools.- Building and managing EMEA banking relationships and optimizingcash pooling, bank account structures, and fees. - Playing a keyrole in M&A execution and integration, including treasurycontrols and cash forecasting implementation, and cash poolingsetup. - Developing and mentoring country-level treasury managers.- Managing inter-company loans and the origination of new loans inpartnership with global treasury and tax functions. - Collaboratingwith FP&A and Operations to develop annual budgets andquarterly forecast projections. - Assisting with global and EMEAstatutory reporting requirements. Requirements: - Master''s Degree(Laurea Magistrale) in Accounting or Finance. - MBA, CTP, or CFApreferred, but not required. - Minimum of 10 years of progressivetreasury-related experience in a multinational environment. -Experience working in a public company or private equity backedcompany is strongly preferred. - Fluency in Italian and English. -Advanced knowledge of global cash management operations. - AdvancedMS Excel modeling skills. - Detail-oriented with a hands-onapproach to partnering with internal customers.
