Customer Operations Executive | Paris, France | EV Charging | 40k + Benefits Job Title: Customer Operations Executive - Paris Contract Type: Permanent Compensation: up to 40k Languages Required: French and English As a Customer Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role across the entire customer journey - from first contact through aftercare. Youll manage technical product support, guide customers through EV charger installations, and support the sales team with lead management. Provide technical support for EV charging products to customers and installation partners. Troubleshoot product and installation issues, collaborating with engineering where needed. Lead customers through the installation process and monitor partner performance. Manage and assign installers based on survey information and capacity. Support the sales team by tracking and updating leads in the CRM system. Native fluency in French and professional proficiency in English. Additional European languages (Spanish, Portuguese, German, or Dutch) are a plus. ~Experience working with CRM systems like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom. ~ Organised, proactive, data-driven, and comfortable solving complex problems. ~ You'll be based in the Paris office three days a week, working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where your contributions will directly accelerate the adoption of clean energy solutions.
