Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, stock management, and quality standards.
• Assist with weekly purchasing and liaise with owners regarding operational matters.
• Ensure food safety and health standards (HACCP).
• Develop menus for daily and group settings.

Requirements

• Experience as a Chef, preferably in hospitality.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Ability to adapt to seasonal schedules.
• Must be from within the European Union.
