The Role
As an Account Executive, youll take ownership of the full sales cycle-driving both outbound and inbound motion. This role is perfect for someone whos closed without the safety net of a big brand and thrives in early-stage environments where hustle meets high-performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and close 20+ opportunities per quarter
- Execute self-generated outbound campaigns while working qualified inbound leads
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle (using MEDDIC is a plus)
- Run discovery, tailor demos with pre-sales engineers, and deliver clear ROI to senior stakeholders
- Sell directly to line-of-business leaders, not just technical teams
- Collaborate with BDRs, marketing, and post-sales to drive smooth onboarding and expansion
- Refine the sales process and help shape the playbook for scaling across EMEA
What Does Success Look Like? You consistently exceed your sales quota, build pipeline, and close new business in fast-paced sales cycles. You influence the direction of GTM strategy, acting as a key player in the companys revenue growth and sales culture.
Who Were Looking For:
- 3+ years of closing experience in SaaS (will consider 18+ months if strong)
- Proven ability to self-generate pipeline and sell without the leverage of a known brand or MEDDIC alumni network
- Experience using ICCE methodology; MEDDIC a strong bonus
- High drive, resilience, and adaptability in a startup sales environment
- Must have sold directly to line-of-business decision-makers
- Comfortable managing fast-paced sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Bonus - Familiarity with fintech, financial services, or VCs
