As an IAM Data Analyst at agap2, you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. You''ll be responsible for the instrumental role in optimizing IAM processes and improving application security across high technology landscape. Your work will directly contribute to achieving strategic goals through structured data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvements.
Collaborate with product owners, project managers, application owners, and engineers to align IAM policies and ensure application compliance.
Analyze and clean complex data sets, removing outdated roles and enhancing access control structures.
Identify, analyze, and validate roles across applications in collaboration with the business.
Technically validate roles and associated groups/systems by investigating application environments.
Troubleshoot IAM-related incidents and work with technical teams and partners to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for implementation by technical teams.
Bachelor''s or Masters degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
~3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within complex IT or IAM transformation programs.
~ Proficient with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, or similar analytical tools.
~ Fluent in both Dutch and English.
