Find your purpose and passion at Mozarc Medical.Position Title: Sr SAP Business Analyst Customer Care Italy (Milan or Mirandola)A Day in the LifeThe Customer Care SAP IT Senior Business Analyst is a vital member of the global IT team, responsible for defining functional requirements and configuring systems that support customer care capabilities. You will support the maintenance and deployment of business applications, primarily related to SAP S/4HANA, focusing on customer care, service, and repair processes, with potential involvement in other business areas.This hands-on role collaborates closely with internal customers, process owners, development teams, support teams, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, reliable, and available end-to-end solutions. You will also help develop and ensure adherence to standards, guidelines, and procedures, identifying best practices for use across projects.ResponsibilitiesSupport projects to deploy new functionalities or enhance existing ones.Partner with business owners and development teams to implement SAP S/4HANA solutions that deliver business value.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the US and offshore locations.Facilitate discussions to understand and prioritize requirements.Translate business needs into functional and technical system solutions.Document solution designs, including process flows, specifications, use cases, and impact analyses.Develop and maintain end-user training materials and deliver training sessions.Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and best practices.Verify compliance and analyze work related to projects, applications, and architecture.Consult with stakeholders to evaluate and improve current processes, identifying complex problems and turning needs into system requirements.Identify opportunities for process streamlining and software reuse.Gather and analyze data to identify issues and ensure process compliance.Participate in system design reviews, planning, and prioritization.Balance speed and reliability, helping to define service level objectives.Provide technical expertise for system specifications, processes, and procedures cost-effectively.Configure system settings, plan and execute testing, and lead cross-functional teams to resolve issues.Communicate effectively with stakeholders.Must HaveBachelor''s degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.Nice to HaveMinimum 5 years of experience implementing SAP Sales and Distribution modules.Experience supporting SAP ERP and integrations.Advanced MS Excel skills.Ability to work independently.Experience with BTC and EDI implementations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Why Work with UsWorking here offers the rewarding opportunity to help kidney patients experience greater freedom and improved outcomes.
