Adecco Senior Consultant is seeking a Customer Service Consultant for a multinational company specializing in industrial laundry and technical garment cleaning, located in Siena.The selected candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to assigned clients, aiming to renew service contracts and promote business development within the client portfolio.Main Activities:Organize weekly visit schedules based on client classification.Manage renewal of expiring contracts or close contracts upon client termination.Identify and resolve any service issues at the client site.Collaborate actively with the relevant team.Requirements:Degree in economic or humanistic subjects / Technical-commercial diploma.Previous experience in client management, preferably in services or after-sales area.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Offer:Employment according to CCNL Industrial Laundry, level B3.Company car for mixed use.Direct contract with the company.Expected start date: 30/07/2025.Professional Category: Employees.City: Siena.Availability:Full Time#J-18808-Ljbffr
