Were looking for our future Talent Acquisition & Development Manager, a new position within the company to join the Operations team at our HQ in Pi Campus, Rome.Role OverviewAs a strategic partner and trusted advisor, the Talent Acquisition & Development Manager will help leaders across the business to identify, hire, grow, develop, and scale their teams. You will design and implement strategic programs for performance management, leadership development, employee assessment, and succession planning.ResponsibilitiesLead Talent Acquisition (TA) with the recruitment lifecycle for roles across all regions of operation (US + Europe), including Project Managers, Account Managers, Quality Managers, and senior management positions.Organize onboarding processes for new hires in collaboration with operational managers, coaches, and training managers.Identify and hire impactful talent globally.Manage talent reviews and develop succession plans.Define internal mobility strategies and develop Talent Centers of Excellence.Support high-potential employees and adapt strategies at the local level.RequirementsFluency in English; Italian is optional.
