SAP & Engineering Operations Support Specialist (Talent Pipeline)

The Position

As a SAP & Engineering Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing purchase requisitions in SAP, ensuring follow-up responsibility. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting the Engineering Groups logistics, including travel planning, booking, and expense reporting. Moreover, you will be responsible for facilitating calendar management and planning through Microsoft Outlook.

Your Main Accountabilities will be to:

1. Plan engineering events, manage meeting room bookings, and coordinate catering support, also facilitate visitor access, logistics, and allocation.
2. Support the Engineering Group Training through scheduling and reporting.
3. Support the Off-Site meetings planning, location selection, and logistics.
4. Prepare PowerPoint slide decks and interact daily with the Engineering Group Director to prioritize tasks.
5. Support the Engineering Group with Novo Nordisk tools and applications.

Qualifications

As a SAP & Engineering Operations Support Specialist, you need to have at least 2 years of experience in a similar field.

To be effective in this role, you should have:

1. Fluency in Italian and excellent in English (speaking, reading, and listening).
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Strong teamwork and networking capabilities.
4. Experience in the pharmaceutical environment.
5. SAP experience would be nice to have.
6. A university degree would be a plus.
