Position: Warehouse Worker

Offered Salary (Gross):
Motivational System (e.g., bonus/commission): Bonus up to 25%, including an absenteeism bonus (3%), safety and Kaizen bonuses, Fruit Mondays

- Forklift operation (BTV) or scanner handling

Overtime Pay:
- 50% extra for overtime on weekdays
- 100% extra for overtime on Saturdays
- 200% extra for overtime on Sundays and holidays
- 20% extra for night shifts
Vacation:
2 days of vacation for each month worked
Salary Information:
Salary is presented in gross rates (before taxes). The employee receives a net salary after taxes are deducted. The net rate will always be lower than the gross rate.
Mandatory taxes in Poland paid by the employee:
- Pension tax: 9.76% of gross salary
- Rehabilitation tax: 1.5% of gross salary
- Hospital tax: 2.45% of gross salary
- Health improvement tax: 9% of gross salary
- Taxable expenses: 250 PLN
- Tax rate: 17% of gross salary
