We are looking for a CRM Manager for our headquarterin Milan. In this role, you will lead our CRM department anddevelop our loyalty program, analyzing their impact on businessperformance, customer engagement and metrics. In this role, youwill define and implement all customer communication strategies,both for business as usual engagement comms and one-off activities,across the entire customer lifecycle. What you will do - You will beowner of the current CRM channels (e-mail, push, iAM/in appmessages) and their growth in terms of technology and value; - Youwill act as a point of contact to other departments relating tocustomers communications and the CRM software; - You will be incharge of the campaigns calendar management, list developments, andtemplate design process; - You will analyze our customer base anddevelop segmentation/client targeting strategies, finding the bestspot between a customer-first philosophy and acommercially-oriented mindset; - You will create new benefits andrewards for our clients with tailor made campaigns that willimprove retention, order frequency and engagement, as well asincrease the customer lifetime value and satisfaction; - You willmonitor, report and bring insights on how to improve KPIs andcustomers engagement; - You will conduct A/B testing to optimizeuser experience, conversion rates and other relevant KPIs such asRFM, engagement, customer lifetime value and satisfaction. What you bring - Youhave a Master of Science in Economics, Marketing or similar - Youdeveloped a deep experience (5+ years) in CRM, loyalty and/orretention marketing in B2C companies (experience in start-ups orscale-ups is a plus); - You have experience in the set up andmanagement of CRM platforms, ideally Braze; - You have a proficientknowledge of Office 365 package; - You speak English fluently; -You can handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meetdeadlines and work in a fast-paced environment; - You have acustomer-first and a commercially-oriented mindset; - You are ahighly logical, analytical and innovative thinker, with excellentproblem-solving skills and passion for data-informed decisionmaking.
