The Service Sales Manager is responsible for selling Healthcare Solutions, including Pharma Automation and Transport Automation, with a focus on existing customers. He/She manages the Sales Cycle and develops long-term customer relationships to capture opportunities during the Product Life Cycle.Your collaborationPrimary goals for this role include:Forecasting orders for the next three years.Developing quarterly and annual Service Sales Forecasts, including proposals for bottom-up budgets.Managing the order chain as per sales processes.Generating and following up on sales leads and quotes using support systems like Salesforce.com.Managing tender and offer documents with the support of the Sales & Service administration team, including Web portals for Public Hospitals and customers.Implementing promotional campaigns and programs to generate quotes.Engaging actively with the customer base to maintain ongoing communication, advice, and consulting.Your competenciesTo succeed in this role, candidates should have:At least 3 years of experience in a structured sales environment.Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.Convincing, persuasive communication and influential skills.Business proficiency in English.Experience in the hospital business sector.Exposure to public administration procurement and tender processes.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at various levels within customer organizations.Focus on customer needs and satisfaction.Strong negotiation skills.The job advertisement is addressed to candidates of all genders (L. 903/77) and protected categories under Law 68/99 art.1.Your career pathAt Swisslog Healthcare, we continuously seek individuals who can shape and develop our company.
