PolyPerception is an AI-first company with a mission of using AI to have an impact in the waste and recycling industry. We are looking for a full-stack engineer who loves building great products, wants to put themselves in our users'' shoes and has an eye for good UX design. As we are still a small team, you will play a key role in building out the product and the company.
You will be working together with experienced engineers to:
- build the frontend of the product in React
- make improvements and implement new features across the full stack: frontend, backend, database, cloud services, etc.
- be responsible for the deployment of the solution to the cloud
Job Requirements:
- strong desire to understand the product and users
- affinity with good product design and UX
- self motivated and eager to learn
- strong programming skills
- experience with building front-ends in React
- experience with building APIs, preferably in Python
- experience with deployment to AWS
- experience with relational databases
- fluent in English
