We are seeking a motivated and skilled ElectricalSystems Designer to join our growing technical team, with a focuson the design and development of photovoltaic (PV) systems andrelated electrical solutions. This is an exciting opportunity tocontribute to the energy transition in a dynamic andforward-thinking environment. Key Responsibilities - Design andsize grid-connected photovoltaic systems, including low- andmedium-voltage electrical connections. - Develop electricalschematics, layouts, and technical documentation in compliance withnational and regional regulations. - Perform technical feasibilitystudies and evaluate the suitability of system components andmaterials. - Liaise with engineering, permitting, and supplierteams to manage grid connection requirements and authorizationprocesses (e.g., GSE, Terna, local utilities). - Provide on-sitetechnical support during installation, testing, and commissioningphases to ensure compliance with project specifications. - Stayupdated on applicable industry standards and regulatory frameworks(e.g., CEI 0-21, CEI 0-16, GSE, Terna) and integrate them intodesign activities. Requirements - Bachelor''s degree in ElectricalEngineering, Energy Engineering, or equivalent technicalqualifications. - Minimum 12 years of experience in PV systemdesign (rooftop, ground-mounted, or industrial systems). -Proficiency with PV design tools and electrical software, such asAutoCAD, PV*SOL, PVSyst (or similar). - Solid knowledge ofauthorization processes and technical standards for PV systems inItaly. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously andcollaborate effectively in cross-functional teams. - Strongcommunication skills and good command of English (written andspoken); Italian native or fluent preferred.
