Together, we shape the evolution.The opportunityFor our Group Compliance team, based in Paris, La Dfense, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer to join us.The successful candidate will be responsible for staying informed about global regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions, participating in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and helping in supporting the Financial Services (FS) Business Line. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of the Group compliance team reporting to the Global Head of Regulatory Compliance.As within the Group regulatory team you will be part of a small team responsible for ensuring adherence to diverse regulatory authorities. You will play a key role in ensuring Worldline comply with various global regulatory bodies, with a particular focus on payment services regulation.In a dynamic environment with growing regulatory challenges and product and process innovations, you will be an essential part of the compliance team, identifying relevant regulatory changes in time and initiating necessary measures to accommodate them.Note: While this role operates within the compliance department, your responsibilities do not encompass Anti-Money Laundering-related tasks.Your Responsibilities:As senior regulatory compliance officer, you will contribute to stay up-to-date with global regulatory requirements, understand them across jurisdictions in relation to the conduct of our business, and prepare assessment reports on changes in the legal and regulatory environment.You will contribute to :Licenses applicationsSupport in the preparation of license applications in the countries where Worldline is operating or is planning to operateCoordinate and contribute to the filing of Fit and Proper (FAPs) forms for Board Members as appropriateManage relationships with other stakeholders at group and local levelRegulatory watchMonitor and coordinate the regulatory environment applicable to payment together with the local experts (Compliance, Risk, Legal, etc.)Contribute to the maintenance of the database of regulatory publications and provide summary information to the relevant teamsAdvise and provide compliance supportFor the jurisdiction in your scope, provide expert regulatory compliance support with regards to regulatory provisions and obligations related to payments and regulatory requirements, in collaboration with local compliance officer or law firms as appropriateAdvise on agreements, contracts and terms and conditions in liaison with the Legal teamsPolicies and controlsContribute to definition of framework as per best practices to align them onto Group standardsContribute to the review of existing policies and procedures and align them with regulatory requirements and the company''s prioritiesEnsure documentation integrity and storageReporting and Management InformationEnsure that information/reports required by Group compliance team are delivered in accordance with the timeline and guidance set by Global compliance teamHelp manage and coordinate the Financial Services (FS) Compliance networkOversee the reporting activities to regulators such as the FS quarterly reportHost the monthly FS Global Business Line meetingParticipate in the definition and implementation of FS specific Compliance projectsProject Assessment and ManagementAssess future business activities to identify potential compliance risksContribute so strategic program such as the upcoming PSD3Carry out general administrative duties and handle any additional tasks and responsibilities related to the role as needed Who Are We Looking ForGraduate degree in legal, compliance, or related fieldsMinimum 6 years of experience in law firm, regulatory compliance, audit, or risk functionKnowledge of existing and upcoming of payment services regulations and payment infrastructures (PSD/R, CESOP etc.).
