Mission

Own and scale Vitruves social media presence, community engagement, and affiliate marketing program.

You will manage Vitruves voice across platforms, build organic content ecosystems, nurture key partnerships, and grow an ambassador network that drives engagement and acquisition.

You will define, execute, and measure Affiliate marketing from strategy to execution to drive scalable growth for the business. This marketing role will be passionate about measuring ROI, as well as a thinking big to develop capabilities to optimize. This person will build highly impactful acquisition campaigns and test into white space opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to acquire new Vitruve sales through partnerships.
• Create and schedule content that connects emotionally and strategically.
• Engage daily with our audience (DMs, comments, reposts, trends).
• Recruit and manage affiliate partners; track campaigns and performance.
• Coordinate collaborations with content creators and ambassadors.
• Plan and execute social campaigns around our new product launches.
• Own the monthly content calendar and adapt it to market dynamics.
• Monitor social KPIs, analyze results, and optimize content and engagement strategies.
• Keep Vitruves brand voice consistent, human, and performance-driven across all platforms.

Profile Requirements

• 24 years of experience managing branded social media accounts, community engagement, or affiliate programs (fitness, SaaS, sports preferred).
• Strong social content creation skills (posts, Reels, short videos).
• Strong eye for trends, memes, sports/fitness culture.
• Basic design/video editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express).
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing basics (tracking, payouts, content collaborations).
• Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
• Passion for fitness, performance, or health industries (highly preferred).
• Autonomous, proactive, fast-learner, data-driven.

Practical Challenge Required

Create a short video (max 60s) for the platform of your choice (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, or LinkedIn) showcasing the following contexts:

• The video must be about any Sports App or Sport SaaS
• The video needs to be in english
• It is not mandatory to show your face

Vitruve was born in 2017, and founded by Oscar Repiso and Iker Zubizarreta. They used to train in the gym with the aim of improving performance, but they realized that gym routines were not working for them. Then they discovered that they were not properly individualizing the work in the gym, not taking into account daily performance variations, volume tolerance, etc.

Then they discovered that there were some sensors that were capable of analyzing all this and individualizing the training to each person, the problem is that they cost $3,000-$4,000, so they decided to make their own device which is affordable, reliable, and easy to use.

Today Vitruve is used by top athletes and teams all around the world. Our clients are mainly in the US, such as Stanford University or UCLA. In Europe, we have PSG (soccer) and the 1st tennis player in the world.
