** Please submit your resume in English**We areseeking a Patent Engineer to join our Patent Department within theTechnical Research group. We are open to candidates based in Milan,Padua, or Feltre.You will monitor and support all kind of R&Dprojects in the HVAC field, helping the department both in theretrieval of insight industry documentation (patents and papers)and in drafting innovation proposals, collecting R&D groupsideas and new technical solutions to feed into the PatentDepartment pipeline.Specific responsibilities include: Identify andcollect relevant information from R&D projects in order totimely draft innovation proposals;Assist, facilitate and coordinatetechnical documentation searches (patents + papers) for new companyR&D lines;Ensure visibility and eventually assessing the riskof a technological choice/solution, evaluating third party existingright and technology;Communicate research insights effectivelythrough presentations;Maintenance of company IP repository andinternal database;Collaborate seamlessly with external agencies,internal and external stakeholders engaged in R&D IPprojects.Requirements & Skills: Academic degree in engineering,physics or STEM in general;At least 1-2 year experience in similarposition in IP agency or company R&D;Knowledge of patent law,both national and international;Experience in drafting andprosecution of patent applications;Experience in IP and scientificliterature searches (Patsnap, Orbit, Espacenet, Google Scholar,etc);Ability in summarize and report complex subject matter, bothwith text and graphics;Proficient in English, both written andspoken; Italian is a plus.
