Software Engineer with Automated Testing LABS Team The Opportunity We are seeking a Software Engineer with Automated Testing to join the LABS Team, where you will develop automated scripts to ensure the stability and continuity of the Software Development Lifecycle in a highly regulated environment. As part of a cross-functional Agile RD team, including a Product Owner, Tech Lead, UX Designer, and Software Engineers, you will help drive automation, innovation, and efficiency in complex production environments. Your primary challenge will be transitioning from manual testing to a fully automated Continuous Delivery process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Develop automated tests for web and mobile applications, including graphical web interfaces, iOS interfaces, and APIs. Perform manual testing while automated solutions are being developed. Prepare specifications and implement end-to-end (E2E) test solutions. Ensure documentation meets strict compliance and regulatory requirements. Collaborate in an Agile team to continuously improve test automation and software quality. Contribute to innovation and best practices within the software engineering community. Qualifications ~8+ years of experience in iOS test automation. ~ Experience in highly regulated environments with stringent compliance requirements, such as GxP quality guidelines. ~ Strong knowledge of Selenium and other automated testing tools. ~ Understanding of Swagger and API documentation tools. ~ Proficiency in Postman and other web automation tools. ~ Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for web and mobile development. ~ Fluency in English (verbal and written). ~ High work ethics and a team-player mindset. Preferred Skills Experience in pharmaceutical or similar industries with compliance-driven software development. Ability to lead the transition from manual to fully automated testing.
