Position: Finance ControllerCompany: S&you, a brand of the Synergie group, specializes in recruiting Middle Management and Skilled Technical Staff. We are seeking a Finance Controller for a historic industrial group based in the province of Florence.Responsibilities:Manage local financial functions, including accounting, year-end audits (local GAAP and IFRS), group reporting (per IFRS), management control, and payroll and tax administration (with external consultants).Oversee annual budgeting and forecasting processes in line with group and company requirements, collaborating with operational teams.Implement effective procedures for cash flow monitoring and asset capitalization.Support other company areas and related teams by providing data for reports and statistics.Maintain ongoing relationships with external auditors, banking institutions, and fiscal consultants.Contribute to continuous improvement activities, utilizing relevant knowledge and skills.Requirements:Degree in Economics.3-4 years of experience in a similar role within an international manufacturing/production group.Experience in Big 4 firms is a plus.Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.Excellent command of English.Strong analytical skills.Good communication skills.Enjoy working with a local operational team and group colleagues.Structured approach with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Ability to work with various stakeholders and build positive, lasting relationships.Additional Information:Permanent contract.Location: Province of Florence.The offer complies with Legislative Decrees 198/2006 and 215/2003 and 216/2003.Interested candidates are invited to read the privacy policy under Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679.Ministry Authorization No. 1207 SG dated 16/12/2004.#J-18808-Ljbffr
