Join Our Team as a Warehouse Operator Based in Eindhoven Are you hands-on, organized, and ready to make a real impact? Were looking for a motivated Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic team in Eindhoven. In this role, youll play a vital part in delivering excellent service to our customers by ensuring that orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and on time. As a key member of the warehouse operations team, you'll work closely with your colleagues to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), handle goods with care, and contribute to a safe and productive working environment. What Youll Do -Inbound Operations Welcome truck drivers and notify the appropriate departments Receive and inspect goods for quality, quantity, and documentation Match incoming goods with invoices and report discrepancies Unload, unpackage, and sort deliveries Operate forklift trucks to move pallets (training provided) -Replenishment Stock Control Store products in designated warehouse zones Assist with regular stock cycle counts -Outbound Operations Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and on time Ensure all items are damage-free and report discrepancies Prepare packing slips and necessary shipment documents Support with truck loading and order dispatch -Health Safety Adhere to warehouse safety procedures and cleanliness standards Maintain equipment and a tidy workspace to support efficiency -Additional Responsibilities Communicate effectively with Team Leaders about damaged goods or order issues Use warehouse systems to maintain accurate records Participate in training and suggest process improvements Support with light administrative tasks and other warehouse duties as needed Location Achtseweg Noord 2, 5651GG, Eindhoven Reporting to: Warehouse Team Leader
