Job Title: Account Manager - ItalyWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Account Manager to join our high-performing regional team, focusing on key accounts in Italy.The Account Manager acts as the commercial bridge between customers and internal divisions, leveraging technical and commercial expertise to lead and grow the market within designated key accounts. The primary goal is to deliver Renesas'' full spectrum of solutions to generate new business and aim for comprehensive market coverage.Responsibilities include:Promoting Renesas products and solutions independently or with FAE teams.Building and maintaining relationships across all customer levels, including top management.Supporting revenue growth through commercial expertise and collaboration with the account team and distribution network.Driving projects from demand creation to mass production.Identifying new opportunities at project design levels to achieve design wins.Tracking opportunities, revenue, and design activities.Understanding customer products, markets, and requirements, and communicating them effectively internally.Monitoring competitors and developing counter-strategies.Traveling within the territory to engage with customers and distributors.Taking ownership and driving business opportunities proactively.QualificationsEngineering degree; sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.Basic knowledge of MCU/MPU, Analog, and Power Management solutions.Strategic and commercial thinking skills.Ability to work independently with strong analytical, interpersonal, and self-motivation skills.Fluent in Italian and English; mobility is required.About RenesasRenesas is a leading global semiconductor company committed to developing a safer, healthier, greener, and smarter world.
