Youll be involved in every phase from gathering requirements and identifying business challenges to recommending the best systems, configuring them with industry-leading practices, and driving training and adoption to make a real impact.We work with various systems, but for this role, we are specifically looking for expertisein deployingOracle Primavera Cloud (OPC)and/or Primavera Unifier. Experience with planning in Primavera P6 is a must, and good command of platforms like Oracle Aconex, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion ERP would be a valuable asset. Youll lead on the technology aspect, but with a strong focus on people and process, so your communication skills need to be excellent.Youlljoin a rapidly growing team responsible for sales and implementation of the project controls systems. There will be opportunities to manage people, lead projects, drive system sales, develop internal processes, and take on key business development activities.Adaptability is key. Given our rapid growth, your focus might shift from Oracle systems implementation to planning and project controls when theres a need.
