Job Title: Sales Support Specialist (Fluent in German & English) Position Overview: The Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in the success of our sales team by providing comprehensive administrative and technical support. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is fluent in both German and English . You will be responsible for scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, supporting pre-sales activities, and implementing sales automation tools to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process. Key Responsibilities: Sales Administration: Schedule meetings and appointments for sales representatives. Prepare and distribute sales collateral, including presentations and proposals. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Provide insights and suggestions to enhance the sales process. Pre-Sales Activities: Create commercial agendas for sales meetings. Prepare pre-sales reports to support the sales team with data-driven insights. Conduct market research to gather relevant information for client meetings and sales pitches. Identify and propose relevant networking events and opportunities. Sales Automation Implementation: Research and recommend sales automation tools to enhance efficiency and productivity. Assist in the rollout and integration of sales automation platforms. Train sales team members on best practices and tool usage. Monitor tool performance and recommend improvements. Mailing List & Campaign Management: Create and maintain segmented mailing lists for targeted campaigns. Research and identify new leads and prospects. Prepare and distribute email marketing content. Track campaign performance and provide insights for optimization. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Reply.io) is an advantage. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
