LARDINI S.P.A., a leading company in the production and marketing of clothing (Fashion/LifeStyle Segment), is looking for an E-COMMERCE MANAGER to strengthen its team, who can support the consolidation and development of online sales, with a strategic vision, analytical skills and excellent project management. The ideal profile has a growth-oriented mindset and knows how to move in dynamic and constantly evolving environments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the development and management of the online commercial and promotional plan in synergy with marketing and product teams.
- Coordinate e-commerce and omnichannel activities on marketplaces, ensuring consistency of catalog, pricing and promotions.
- Monitor digital channel performance: sales, traffic, conversion rate, marginality (first and second), AOV.
- Manage and update an operational GANTT for e-commerce channel activities, facilitating alignment between internal and external teams.
- Coordinate suppliers and departments involved in the project (development, adv, creative, logistics, customer service).
- Supervise Web Marketing and Advertising activities (Google, Meta, Email Marketing), in collaboration with external agencies and partners.
- Manage the online product catalog, ensuring updates consistent with stock, promotions and communication content (homepage, newsletter, social).
- Collaborate in the development of activities such as affiliation marketing and marketing automation, in a performance pespective.
- Provide analytical support to the buying merchandising team to optimize the assortment based on seasonal data and sales results.
Qualifications
Familiarity with GANTT and project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, Monday, etc.)
- Knowledge of CRM, automation or tools such as Klaviyo / Mailchimp / ActiveCampaign
- Background or strong interest in the world of fashion, creativity and design.
