For more information, visit www.traceone.com or follow us on LinkedIn and YouTube.Context: As an IT Business Analyst, you are responsible for the entire lifecycle of business and functional requirements, including collection from stakeholders, definition, design, alignment, prioritization based on product vision, and monitoring development according to project methodologies. You oversee software implementation iterations, ensuring practices, rules, and values are adhered to, and that goals, scope, and product domain are well understood by the project team.Key Responsibilities:Lead workshop sessions with customers to capture and document requirements effectively.Manage multiple projects simultaneously according to statements of work.Deliver system design elements, including data migration rules, business rules, prototypes, or other detailed deliverables.Collaborate with PM, Product, Regulatory, and other departments to design solutions that meet project constraints.Design solutions with the Enterprise Solution Architect through the Business Blueprint document.Refine and document detailed user requirements for clarity in development and QA phases.Work with project teams to enforce best practices and optimize core product reuse, refining requirements with Professional Services and end customers when appropriate.Validate products during development phases following defined methodologies.Support QA testing processes, including developing user acceptance criteria.Assist in training for Services, Sales, and Marketing departments.Develop and provide PLM solution expertise.Contribute to business case development for innovation proposals.Support Sales and Pre-Sales on RFIs and RFPs as needed.Coordinate with third-party entities such as system integrators and consultants.Core Competencies:Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.Ability to conduct software demonstrations and communicate effectively at business and functional levels.Leadership skills and proactive requirement gathering.Quick learner of new products, systems, and technologies.Strong internal and external client collaboration skills.Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Willingness to travel for requirement gathering.Experience in PLM software implementations, preferably in the food & beverage industry.Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.Education & Experience:Over 5 years of experience in preparing functional requirements, use cases, business process modeling, and creating UML diagrams, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.Knowledge of the full SDLC and experience with software design and modeling tools.Expected to travel domestically and internationally as required.What can you expect from us?
