In this context, we are looking for:One Principal Turnaround (PT)One Senior Manager Turnaround (SMT)to join the dedicated practice in the Italian office, focusing on helping clients resolve urgent and complex situations and implementing rapid change.Position Specific responsibilities : Delivering a range of integrated offerings and sharing a practical, results-oriented mindset, the PT and SMT will work side-by-side with clients'' management teams and stakeholders to provide a wide range of services to companies facing strategic, financial, and operational challenges. They will act as restructuring advisors and/or interim managers (according to their seniority) in insolvency, bankruptcy, and restructuring cases across various industries. Engagements vary in size and complexity from mid-market to very large cross-border situations.Requirements : Bachelors degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees (MBA or equivalent) preferred. For the Principal :At least 10 years of relevant restructuring/distressed experienceFor the Senior Manager :8 up to 10 / 12 years of relevant restructuring/distressed experienceBackground from Consulting, Private Equity, Banking, or Industry sectors with specific focus on :Financial and operational turnaround programmesCash and working capital managementBalance sheet restructuringsImplementation of cost reduction programmesSupporting roles to Chief Restructuring OfficerA double track career in Corporate & Consulting would be a strong plus. Depending on seniority :Proven track record in structuring, leading, and delivering complex client engagements that exceed expectationsAbility to develop credible recommendations under tight time constraints and with incomplete informationStrong business judgment and ability to synthesize complex information quicklyExperience in proposal development, commercial instincts, and interestLeadership qualities include decisiveness, result-orientation, collaboration, resilience, self-motivation, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for innovation. The role requires a strategic thinker and a doer, with abilities to plan, deliver, analyze data, and communicate persuasively.
