Role Overview

The Global B2C Marketing Automation & Orchestration Expert will lead the continued rollout of the B2C Marketing Automation initiative across countries, implementing global automation tools across countries to achieve key business objectives for consumers.

The role involves developing and establishing a structured, value-focused framework-including processes, tools, and metrics-to implement robust B2C Marketing Automation practices across the organization. The expert will make strategic decisions on core functionalities and new features of B2C Marketing Automation systems and provide guidance and support to countries during project implementation.

Key responsibilities include leveraging the Marketing Automation & Orchestration stack and methodologies to optimize consumer acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention. The role-holder will also support countries in operational "Run Mode" by sharing best-practices, driving enhancements (e.g., new data requests for personalized experiences), and enabling new channel integrations.

The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with local teams to implement standardized practices, ensure adherence to guidelines, and foster best-in-class consumer engagement strategies.
