Our diverse team operates in over 100 countries, undertaking challenging roles worldwide.ResponsibilitiesPartner with clients to understand their businesses and help prevent and control fire and equipment-related losses.Identify hazards at client locations through on-site loss prevention evaluations, considering physical and human element exposures.Quantify exposures accurately to ensure appropriate attention and impact assessment.Ensure operational functionality of protective equipment to maximize loss mitigation and system maintenance.Gain client understanding and agreement on hazards and their potential business impacts.Implement practical risk improvements, including human element programs and physical modifications, and develop plans for high-capital improvements.Demonstrate FM Global''s engineering capabilities and educate clients on loss prevention strategies.Identify upcoming changes to prevent related exposures and review plans for medium complexity modifications to ensure proper loss prevention considerations.QualificationsDegree in chemical or electrical engineering with 3-5 years of experience in production, maintenance, or process hazards consulting in high-challenge industries (chemical, power generation, pulp & paper).Self-motivated problem solver with a desire for risk improvement.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.Fluent in Italian and English, both written and oral; proficiency in French and Spanish is a plus.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and beyond.Interested candidates should apply via the Job Postings section in the Career Center and submit their CV and cover letter directly to Arnaud Dufour in the Human Resources Department.#J-18808-Ljbffr
